Xie Shi

At Lin City Airport, a plane that had just returned from New York landed. Over the airport broadcast, a standard announcer's voice was reminding passengers of the next flight to board. Meanwhile, Xie Shi stood in the crowd wearing a black trench coat, looking like a silent backdrop. During these four years that Xie Shi had been striving, he had long learned how to remain calm and indifferent on the surface. However, the veins bulging on his hands as he tightly gripped the railing betrayed the inner turmoil of his heart. His eyes were locked onto the exit gate until that figure—the one he loved but could not have, the one he missed beyond measure—appeared. "He's still the same..." he muttered in his heart, before rushing forward and calling out, "Brother..."
