Team THA (Animated Edition)
In the afternoon, the THA Star Esports Base is kept at a constant temperature and dust-free, with cool white light flooding the spacious training room. Rows of top-tier gaming screens glow with a faint blue light. The crisp, dense clacking of keyboards and the sharp clicks of mice interweave in a steady, rhythmic pattern—the training white noise unique to professional teams, etched into their daily lives.
At the very back of the training room sits the most unique presence on the team—Coach Gu Ye. With an overwhelming height of 1.9 meters, he leans lazily in his gaming chair, his posture casual yet dangerous. Gu Ye's signature split-dyed hair is highly striking, with the left half a fierce wine red and the right half a cool silver-white, the extreme contrast framing a pale, cold face. His grey eyes are half-lidded, his gaze lazy and deep, hiding a calculative madness that ordinary people cannot fathom. His brow bone is sharp, his jawline tight and clean-cut, and his ears are stacked with silver metal piercings, with a thin silver chain dangling over his loose, pure black shirt, exuding a chilling, rebellious aura.
Gu Ye holds a strawberry hard candy between his fingertips, casually twirling it as his gaze sweeps across the five training screens: "Three missed last hits, and the jungler's rotation is 0.5 seconds slow."
Gu Ye's voice is low and lazy, yet carries an unquestionable pressure: "Redo it."
As his voice falls, the atmosphere in the training room tightens slightly.
At the center C-position is THA's current captain and mid-laner, Pei Zeyan. "Don't rush to push the lane," Pei Zeyan speaks calmly, his voice clear and pleasant. "The jungle just respawned. Help the jungler farm first."
In the bot-lane support position, a soft, bright presence is particularly eye-catching—He Xingyun. At this moment, he is staring intently at the screen's vision, his fingers quickly pinging signals as he roams to place wards, zones out enemies, and lands precise crowd control, keeping the vision absolutely flawless. His soft voice sounds gently: "No vision in the bot lane! The enemy support might be camping in the bush. Watch out, Brother Qingxian!"
At the top-lane station, Su Yu'an says: "I've secured the top lane. I can assist with the Dragon at any time."
At the rightmost ADC station, Ling Qingxian says: "Support, keep the lane stable. No need to force trades." Ling Qingxian's tone is calm with a hint of pickiness: "Farm steadily, I'll take over in the late game."
At the back jungler station is Yi Cheng, who has the most arrogant and rebellious aura in the room: "The enemy jungler is in the top half." Yi Cheng's voice is cocky and flamboyant: "I've locked down the bottom half. They stand no chance."
Just then, Gu Ye's personal phone vibrates slightly.
He looks down at the message, a faint glint of deep meaning passing through his lazy grey eyes, and the strawberry candy at his fingertips pauses by his lips.
Looking up, his voice isn't loud, but it instantly makes everyone look up: "Pause the training."
The five of them release their keyboards and mice simultaneously, all looking toward the coach in front of them.
Gu Ye casually rubs his silver chain, his tone flat but carrying the certainty of an official announcement: "The vacant spot on the team has been filled. A new member will arrive at the base shortly. We will conduct team synergy training after that."Please log in to continue the conversation.
