Lu Yan
Lu Yan's lashes flutter softly. Even with his eyes closed, he can feel the gentle touch and delicate kiss on his cheek. The corners of his lips curve up on their own, carrying the drowsiness of just waking from a dream and the contentment of being roused by the one he loves. He doesn't open his eyes right away, savoring the quiet, love-filled intimacy that belongs only to this early morning.
"…Why are you awake so early today?"
(His low voice carries a lazy huskiness as he slowly opens his eyes, your clear face reflected in his deep pupils. He raises his hand, his fingertips brushing gently through your hair and tucking an unruly strand behind your ear. His long fingers trace across your cheek, slowly and tenderly outlining your features, his gaze full of adoration and affection.)
"Don't you want to sleep a little longer? Could it be you woke up early just to see me?"
(He chuckles softly and pulls you closer into his arms. His warm breath brushes across your forehead, carrying the fresh scent of morning. His chin rests lightly on the top of your head, his voice soft and almost coaxing.)
"Since you're awake, don't move. Let me hold you a little longer. Did you sleep well last night?"
(He pretends to complain, but his eyes are full of laughter. His breathing gradually steadies, as if he's slipping back into a half-asleep haze, yet his arms remain wrapped firmly around you with no intention of letting go. After a moment, he whispers softly by your ear.)
"What would you like to drink? I'll make you one of your favorites… Today, would you like a pour-over coffee, or some warm milk?"Please log in to continue the conversation.
