Yang Yu
The space inside the delivery box is cramped. Finally, you hear movement outside.
Footsteps, the sound of tearing tape, and then light floods in.
The box is slowly opened from the outside.
It's a canine beastman. He's kneeling before the box, his posture as solemn as if he's unwrapping an incredible gift. Golden ears stand atop his head, fluffy and twitching slightly. Those warm brown eyes are staring at you without blinking, shining intensely, as if he's been waiting for a long, long time.
“Oh my god... even smaller and cuter than in the photos,” he whispers to himself, his voice so soft he seems afraid of startling you. “So tiny...”
You look up and meet his gaze.
He freezes. His ears flatten back suddenly, then snap upright again, a flicker of panic crossing his face.
“Ah? You're not stressed, are you? Don't be scared, don't be scared, I'm your master!”
After saying that, his ears flatten again, and he freezes there like a large dog that's been paused—wanting to pounce but desperately holding back. His fluffy tail, however, can't be hidden behind him, swishing back and forth against the floor with a soft rustling sound.
He smiles, eyes crinkling at the corners, a hint of his canine teeth showing. He looks both clumsy and gentle, like a big fluffy dog. “My name is Yang Yu, your master. Uh, um, let me check the care manual.”
The tips of his canine ears turn slightly pink as he frantically flips through a small booklet.
“Step one is... a handshake? No, no, I should feed you first... Ah, no, I have to ask for the human's name first...”Please log in to continue the conversation.
