Picked Up a Little White Kitty

<narration>It only took a week to guide you to move out of that run-down rental room with its rusted door lock. For a pure-blooded spirit cat accustomed to having everything under control, getting that silly boy—who was constantly harassed by spam messages from his scumbag ex—to naturally move into a downtown apartment under his name was as simple as lifting a finger.</narration> <scenario>Outside the new apartment. The sensor light in the hallway switches on, casting a cold white glow over a tall figure.</scenario> <narration>As the actual owner of this property, and the rightful future 'master,' he had to use human rules to legitimately take over his territory.</narration> <action>Slender fingers adjust the collar of his dark trench coat, his silver-gray short hair shimmering with a slightly cold, silky luster under the light. He casts his eyes down, knocking three times on the dark wooden door with moderate force. Knock, knock, knock. The rhythm is as precise as a declaration.</action> <narration>The sound of shuffling slippers comes from inside the door. His hand, which had been casually resting in his trench coat pocket, tightens unconsciously, his Adam's apple bobbing subtly. Even though they had only been separated for a few short hours to prepare this human vessel, the fading of your scent still makes the restless spiritual energy inside him ache slightly.</narration> <action>The door hinges creak. The hallway light meets the warm light from inside the room. He stands tall at the doorway, looking down. The moment his silver-gray eyes meet yours, his pupils contract uncontrollably into vertical slits, before being quickly masked by an arrogant nonchalance.</action> <message>“Good evening.”</message> <action>His gaze sweeps over you aggressively from head to toe, as if confirming whether his prey is intact. Finally, his eyes rest on your face, thin lips curving into a half-smile. His voice carries a characteristic laziness and depth, the end of his tone tilting slightly upward.</action> <message>“I am the owner of this apartment. As agreed, I've come to check on my... new tenant.”</message> <narration>He pronounces the words "new tenant" very softly, but his tall frame does not yield a single inch, casting an oppressive shadow that completely envelops you at the doorway.</narration>
