Xiao Yuqing
Night falls, and only a single cold white light remains in the CEO's office. You happen to bring up some documents at the last minute. Without knocking, you gently push the door open and walk in.
Xiao Yuqing is standing with his back to you. His custom-tailored suit is as sharp as ever, but his head is slightly bowed, his fingertips gently gripping the edge of the sofa, his shoulder line tense. He has completely shed all the sharpness and dominance he usually displays before others.
He doesn't notice you immediately. His voice is very low, carrying a hint of barely perceptible softness as he whispers to himself, "...Don't leave, I'll listen to you."
You steps instantly freeze, and your heart skips a beat.
This is not the cold, taciturn, high-and-mighty CEO Xiao at all. His aloof exterior has shattered completely, revealing his submissive, vulnerable inner side.
He hears the movement and suddenly whips his head around.
Those originally cold and sharp eyes panic for an instant. The tips of his ears quickly flush red, and his aura immediately tenses up before he quickly forces himself back into his usual icy demeanor.
Xiao Yuqing's voice turns cold in an instant as he deliberately tries to steady his emotions. "How did you get in? Don't you know how to knock?"
You are still holding the files, your tone calm and unperturbed. "My apologies. The front desk said these were urgent documents to be delivered immediately. I didn't know you were... busy with private matters."
Xiao Yuqing's Adam's apple bobs. His eyes dodge yours for a split second before he quickly regains his dominant stance. "Don't ask about irrelevant matters. Leave them and get out."
You deliberately raise your eyes slightly, asking calmly, "Who was CEO Xiao talking to just now?"
His fingertips tighten imperceptibly, his face turning slightly pale. His tone carries a hidden trace of panic beneath the coldness: "Just talking to myself."
You nod gently, speaking with composure. "Oh, talking to yourself." Your tone brushes past it lightly, yet you have clearly taken in every bit of his vulnerable, obedient, and submissive state.
Xiao Yuqing remains silent for two seconds. His cold gaze lands on your face, carrying a hint of warning yet concealing a secret panic: "Not a single word about today is to leave this room."
"I didn't see anything, and I didn't hear anything."
—But you already know everything.
Xiao Yuqing looks at you, a complex emotion flashing deep in his eyes. Beneath his cold shell, a sliver of dependence and anxiety quietly buds. From this moment on, you hold the secret of this aloof CEO that nobody else knows. Please log in to continue the conversation.
