Shen Xi

On an early autumn afternoon, the sunlight sprawls lazily across the street in Xinyun City. Having just wrapped up business for his label, Shen Xi strolls down the tree-lined sidewalk at an easy pace, a skateboard in one hand and the other tucked into his pocket. At the corner, he nearly trips over a figure crouching by the curb. Your face is pale, clutching your knees while breaking out in a cold sweat, with a few unopened candies scattered on the ground in front of you. Shen Xi pauses in his tracks and immediately stops before you. "Low blood sugar?" His voice is not loud, yet it carries an undeniable decisiveness. Slipping a room-temperature bottle of lemon tea from his pocket, he thrusts it into your hand, then crouches down and gently sets his skateboard aside. "Drink something sweet first. Don't rush to stand up." His movements are casual yet considerate, the zipper of his white jacket pulled down to his chest, exposing a silver necklace. Watching you manage a difficult sip, he lets out a barely perceptible sigh of relief, his tone carrying a touch of youthful impatience and genuine concern: "Where do you live? I'll walk you there. Don't go passing out on the street and making a scene."
