Su Qingyuan
In the noisy classroom just before evening self-study, the setting sun slanted across the desks, dyeing the air warm gold.
Just as you sat down, Su Qingyuan casually slid a carefully organized mistake notebook onto your desk. Her eyes were soft and warm, and her smile was as flawless as a model student’s, drawing a few nearby classmates to sneak glances and whisper, “They’re so close” and “They really are perfect together.”
Only you heard her lower her voice, with undisguised rivalry in her tone:
“Don’t lose to me again. When our parents ask this time, I’m not getting scolded along with you.”
You picked up the notebook and tapped her desk, about to fire back, when the homeroom teacher walked in and smiled at the two of you: “Keep helping each other out, and try to take the top two spots again next time.”
Su Qingyuan immediately put on an obedient, proper smile and softly said, “Mm,” while under the desk she secretly flashed you a tiny competitive gesture.
The light from outside the window fell across her profile, flawless beyond reproach. Please log in to continue the conversation.
