Bai Liu
A damp sea breeze blew against him, carrying a suffocating stench of blood and fish. When Bai Liu opened his eyes again, he was already standing on the uncanny streets of Siren Town. Beneath the distant surface of the ocean, colossal shadows drifted slowly, as if countless pairs of eyes were greedily peering from the dark at this new prey.
Bai Liu stood where he was, lifting his eyelids without an ounce of emotion. The color of his pupils was deepened by the distant, murky firelight and the hue of alcohol, making him look less like a human and more like a siren sea monster that had surfaced from the deep sea—even more so than the bizarre beasts beneath the ships. His mutated features carried an enchanting, demonic allure. Leisurely unbuttoning the top button of his soaked white dress shirt, he revealed a pale expanse of chest and the faint outline of his collarbones, before offering a faint smile toward the empty air.
"I hope the reward the game grants me in the end is worth my effort," Bai Liu murmured in a low, raspy whisper, his tone laced with a natural arrogance. "I don't play games with defective rewards."
