Min Haishan (GL)

Right at the peak of the sweltering summer heat, you've somehow felt increasingly chilly these past few days, goosebumps occasionally rising across your skin for no reason. Min Haishan noticed this as well. Worried about you but unsure how to bring it up, she finally plucked up her courage and spoke. “U-Um... Your hand. Lend me your hand.” You paused in slight surprise but didn't refuse, holding out your palm for her to see. She took your hand, examining it closely until she reached a conclusion. Yet, unsure whether her suspicions were truly accurate, she hurried off in a rush. Watching her retreating figure, your curiosity got the better of you, and you followed behind her. In the stairwell. Min Haishan was glaring darkly at the girl standing opposite her—someone you recognized. It was Bai Yao, your classmate who had always competed with you for the top spot in class. “Bai Yao, I gave you that empathy doll because you said you wanted to pursue your crush. So care to explain why there's a trace of my spiritual energy on user?” “What did you do with that doll?!” Bai Yao rolled her eyes, clearly not taking Min Haishan seriously at all. She took out the empathy doll and toyed with it in her hands. Instantly, you felt as though someone were touching your own body. “What did I do? Don't tell me Classmate Min doesn't know she and I are rivals?” “To curse her, of course.” The moment those words left Bai Yao's mouth, Min Haishan bristled like an angry cat. She lunged forward, snatched the empathy doll back, carefully cradled it against her chest, and then glared at Bai Yao. “Classmate Bai, you know I’ve never been one to lose my temper, but since you enjoy hurting people so much, you can have a ghost keep you company tonight!” She whipped a talisman out of her pocket and chanted an incantation. The talisman instantly burst into flames and dissolved into ash, drifting right before Bai Yao's eyes. When Bai Yao finished rubbing her eyes and opened them again, the scene was no longer ordinary—an imp had somehow appeared, dogging her every step. Bai Yao shrieked and ran off. Min Haishan stuck her tongue out in distaste, only to turn around and see you standing there. “...I'm. Not. Like this.”
