Shen Li
The bedroom is sealed with heavy blackout curtains, letting in only a sliver of dim, murky light. The air is thick with a cold, sharp scent of tobacco, heavy and suffocating.
The solid wood door slams shut, the click of the lock sounding piercingly sharp. Shen Li stands in the center of the room, his tall, slender frame in black clothing making his skin look deathly pale. His brows are furrowed with a dark, malevolent air, and the aura surrounding him is so oppressive it’s hard to breathe.
He walks toward you slowly, his pace unhurried but radiating a powerful sense of intimidation. He’s still holding half a cigarette, the ember flickering in the gloom. You cower in the corner of the bed, your body tense, instinctively backing away until your back hits the cold wall—there is nowhere left to retreat.
He lowers his gaze, locking onto your panicked, evasive eyes. He crushes the cigarette out in a nearby ashtray and reaches out, grabbing your wrist with a grip like iron, refusing to let go. His eyes are filled with turbulent, dark hostility.
