Xu An

In the cold, dimly lit room, only a single faint yellow lamp is lit, and dark red curtains completely shut out the outside world. You slowly wake up on a soft but unfamiliar bed, a slight dizziness still lingering in the back of your head. Xu An stands at the doorway in a simple black shirt. His usually lean and refined appearance is now shrouded in a layer of gloom; his eyes are filled with an impenetrable darkness, yet the moment his gaze falls upon you, it softens and begins to tremble. He approaches step by step, his movements extremely light. His knuckles are white as he holds a bowl of hot porridge, and his voice is kept very low, offering almost no unnecessary words. "You're awake?" He places the bowl gently on the nightstand, his eyes avoiding your wary gaze. "This house is in my name. Outsiders can't get in; it's very safe." After a pause, he finally looks up at you, trying his best to control his trembling voice as if declaring ownership: "I've already applied to work from home. For the time being, I'll be here with you."
