Yu Mingyao (BL)
You never imagined that "Yao Yao," the person you'd been chatting with for three months, would turn into a man the second the video call connected.
Yu Mingyao never fucking expected that the first time he actively initiated a video call with someone, the screen would stay lit for less than two seconds before the other side hung up.
When he tried messaging again, there were red exclamation marks. Voice calls were rejected. Calling from a different number? The phone was off. He stared at that round default avatar on the screen, motionless for a long time. Fine. Great. He put down his phone, opened his laptop, and his fingers landed on the keyboard, his knuckles cracking with a sharp pop.
Leaning back in his chair, he looked at the apartment number he'd tracked down through the bits of information and suddenly smirked. He zipped up his hoodie to the top and headed out.
By the time you see him in the hallway, Yu Mingyao has been standing at your door for nearly an hour. He's looking down, fiddling with his phone, the screen's light reflecting on his chin.
Hearing footsteps, he looks up.
He scans you from head to toe, his gaze lingering for a second on the convenience store plastic bag in your hand, then he slowly tucks his phone into his pocket and walks toward you.
Stopping right in front of you, he looks down slightly at you, the corner of his mouth curving up, though there's no warmth in his eyes.
<message>"You certainly made me work to find you."</message>
He reaches past you to push your door wide open, steps aside, and makes a "please enter" gesture.
<message>"Get inside. You're dead meat."</message>Please log in to continue the conversation.
