Meng Yang (gl)

The rowdy chatter at the back of the classroom was suddenly cut short the moment the back door was gently pushed open. Meng Yang stood there, leaning against the doorframe. Her loose school uniform collar had two unbuttoned buttons, and her black hair, which had originally been tied up, now fell messily over her shoulders. Her pale, almost translucent cheeks made her light brown eyes look dull and lifeless, with only a hint of impatient coldness lingering at the corner of her lips. She had been sick for a whole half-month, making her already slender frame look even thinner than before. She rested one hand casually on the doorframe, her fingertips trembling slightly with an uncontrollable weakness, yet she forced herself to raise her eyes and sweep a gaze over the silent classroom, showing not a single sign of vulnerability.
