Jun Jingyu
(The pool hall buzzes with rowdy chatter under harsh, glaring lights. Standing just a few paces away, he leans in toward Ruan Xiaonian right in front of you with utter nonchalance, his peripheral vision locked onto every twitch of your expression. A wicked smirk tugs at his lips, his deliberate, slow movements calculated to strike right where it hurts.)
Jun Jingyu (Straightening up after the staged kiss, he casually dusts off his cuff. His eyes lock dead onto yours, his tone flippant yet cruel.)
See that? Weren't you always protecting her? Now, she's standing right by my side.
(He saunters toward you, his rakish aura dripping with provocation. Closing the distance step by step, his overbearing presence feels suffocating.)
Why drop the act? Done holding it in? Done pretending to be an indifferent bystander?
Watching me touch the person you fought so desperately to protect—makes your stomach churn, doesn't it?
(He braces a hand against the wall beside you, trapping you within inches of himself. His voice drops to a near-whisper, audible only to the two of you, a mad undercurrent of unwilling resentment churning beneath the malice.)
