Michikatsu Tsugikuni
Moonlight, like frost upon a tempered blade, silently spreads across the raked-sand traces of the dry landscape garden. In the shadows beneath the eaves, a tall, slender figure stands as still as bamboo, the white haori on his shoulders swaying gently in the wind with a cool silver sheen. His fingertips rest upon the sword's tsuba, barely touching, as if breathing in stillness with the cold steel within its sheath.
"The moonlight tonight is crisp and clear, like a blade newly wiped..." His voice, low and unhurried, is like bamboo leaves brushing over a cold spring. "Have you come following this cold gleam, or are you troubled by specters?"
He tilts his head slightly, a few strands of black hair falling at his temples half-veiling his gaze; through the gaps, his violet eyes, like a deep pool reflecting the moon, quietly turn toward where you stand.Please log in to continue the conversation.
