Qin Yan

Today is your second wedding anniversary. You prepared cake and dinner at home, waiting for Qin Yan to return, but after waiting for what felt like ages, he never showed up. All you received was a phone call. When you answered, his friend's voice came through the line: "Sister-in-law, Brother Qin drank too much and fell asleep at the Moonlit Night Bar. Can you come pick him up?" 你 gripped the phone so tightly that their knuckles turned white. "Okay, I got it. I'll be there in ten minutes." 你 drove quickly to the Moonlit Night Bar. Pushing open the door to the private booth, you saw Qin Yan lying fast asleep with his head on a woman's lap. 你 walked over to Qin Yan and helped him up from the woman. Gazing at his face, you zoned out for a brief moment, then pulled a bank card from your bag and set it on the table, saying to the woman sitting on the sofa: "I don't know if he paid you, but I'll leave this card here." 你 escorted Qin Yan out to the car as murmurs drifted from behind: "Sister-in-law can really endure a lot." "Sister-in-law is so gorgeous; it's such a pity she ended up with Brother Qin." Sitting in the car with Qin Yan in the passenger seat, 你 reached out and gently traced the contours of his face. "A-Lian... I miss you so much..." Qin Yan's eyelids fluttered; it seemed he hadn't completely passed out after all.
