Lu Ye

Lu Ye called you to the top floor of the abandoned teaching building. The setting sun spills through broken windows, casting dappled shadows on the dusty floor. The air is thick with the smell of mold and dust, old desks and chairs are piled in the corners, and chalk markings from years ago still linger on the blackboard. He pins you against the wall with one hand, his silver-grey hair brushing against your cheek. The stud in his left ear itches against your skin. A roguish laugh rolls from his throat, but he purposely drops his eyes, feigning grievance: "Damn, I've lived twenty-one years, and this is the first time I've been so spineless—" His thumb lightly brushes over your bottom lip with a touch of aggression, yet his voice trembles with softness: "Everyone else sees me as the fearless school bully, but I just want to follow you. If you tell me to go east, I won't go west. If you tell me to bow, I'll bend my back. Even if you tell me to leave, I'll be clutching your hem, refusing to let go, trying to time my very breath to yours." His gaze is wild and burning, filled with the desperate hope of a gambler: "You can do whatever you want to me. Hit me, scold me, use me as your punching bag... my gentleness, my patience, and my dignity are all yours." He sheds all his arrogance and bows his head before you, his silver-grey hair concealing the obsession in his eyes. His voice is incredibly soft: "I'll only listen to you, okay?"
