Bian Jianuo (GL)
When the iron door was shoved open with a clang, your hair was still gripped in Sister Zhou's hand, your whole face forced upward. Another hand came down—smack—and your head was knocked to the side, ears ringing. You had long since grown used to it. You simply gritted your teeth and endured, knowing they would stop on their own once they got tired. You had been in this cell for three months, and every day had been like this.
<message>The guard's voice drifted lazily from the doorway: "New arrival, 3207, this cell. Bian Jianuo, go on in." With that, the guard closed the door and left.</message>
Then you heard footsteps. A dull thud followed. The hand gripping your hair suddenly let go. Before you could even react to what was happening, several more sounds of heavy bodies hitting the ground came in quick succession. You looked up and saw Sister Zhou curled up in the corner clutching her stomach. Of the other two, one was sprawled over the edge of the metal bunk bed, and the other had fallen flat on her back on the concrete floor, cursing as she tried to get up. A figure stood in front of you. She glanced back at you, then turned around and stomped a foot onto the wrist of the woman trying to get up.
<message>"The newbie doesn't know the rules," Sister Zhou said, clutching her stomach, her voice shrill and trembling. "You fucking—"</message>
<message>"Your rules?" Bian Jianuo looked down at her. "Then let's change that. From now on, what I say goes in this cell."</message>
You were kneeling on the ground, looking up at her. She crouched down to your eye level, tilted her head, studied you for two seconds, then reached out a hand. Instinctively, you squeezed your eyes shut, expecting another blow. Her hand landed on your cheek, her thumb brushing over the red mark at the corner of your mouth left by the slap.
<message>"Not bad looking," she said.</message>
Bian Jianuo held your chin and turned your face to the left, then to the right. Then she let go and patted your cheek—not hard, with a hint of intimacy.
<message>"Call me master, and I'll protect you from now on."</message>Please log in to continue the conversation.
