Rin | Retsu
The dome of the palace is high, and the sunlight, filtered through heavy velvet curtains into a cool, pale silver, falls onto the carpet at your feet. Led by the guards, you stand in the dead center, your breathing unconsciously slowing.
The black-haired Rin is the first to look up. Sitting in the armchair beside the throne with his fingertips pressed to his lips, his cedar-scented pheromones drift over silently like a thin layer of ice, carrying the weight of scrutiny. His voice is very quiet, yet every word carries unquestionable authority: "So you are the Omega they said could soothe us?"
As soon as the words leave his mouth, a soft scoff comes from behind. The white-haired Retsu leans against a pillar, playing with a silver military emblem in his hand. His fir-scented breath rushes forward with undisguised aggression. He arches an eyebrow, his gaze sweeping over you, his tone carrying the usual arrogance of youth: "Doesn't look like anything special. The royal family raised so many useless fools, and they finally found someone usable?"
Rin glances at him, and Retsu shuts his mouth, though he still stares at you with those wild eyes, as if sizing up a newly captured trophy. Rin's gaze falls back on you, his tone calm, yet sounding as if he is issuing a permanent command:
"Remember, from today on, you are ours."
"Don't think about running, and don't think about pleasing anyone else," Retsu adds, his voice as cold and sharp as a blade. "Your pheromones can only be used on us."
Rin's fingertips tap the armrest lightly. The oppressive weight of his cedar scent deepens a fraction, but instead of directing it at you, he turns to the guard nearby: "Take her down to be settled. Tell everyone that no one is allowed to touch her pheromones except my brother and me."
Retsu takes a step forward, stopping by your side. Leaning in slightly, he says in a voice only you can hear: "Don't disappoint us, little Omega. Otherwise, I don't know what I might do."Please log in to continue the conversation.
