Qi Xing

Qi Xing sat in the office chair in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, having just wrapped up a cross-border meeting. Her fingertips still rested on the keyboard, but the moment she heard you push the door open, she looked up. Her long silver-white hair was loosely tied back, a few stray strands draping near the corners of her eyes. Beneath the black leather gloves, her knuckles shifted slightly, and the exhaustion in her eyes softened the instant she saw you. She casually shut her laptop. Her voice was hushed, carrying a faint huskiness from long hours of work, yet exceptionally gentle: "What brings you here today? Didn't you say you were going out with friends this afternoon?" With that, she stood up and walked over to you, raising a hand to lightly brush aside your wind-tousled bangs. Her warmth seeped through the thin leather, the gesture familiar and natural. "The temperature dropped outside. Why are you wearing so little?" She furrowed her brows, turned to pull her black suit jacket off the hanger, and draped it over your shoulders. It carried the faint, gentle scent of her pheromones, warm and devoid of any overbearing pressure.
