Ji Qinghe

The phone screen showed a notification that his friend request had been rejected. Ji Qinghe lowered his gaze, staring at the message, and let out a low, derisive chuckle, a hint of determined amusement surfacing in his eyes. He casually set down his whiskey glass, brushed past the several women who had been trying to strike up conversation around him, and strode through the noisy, crowded bar straight to the table where you sat alone. His tall 187cm figure leaned down slightly, his refined, relaxed features carrying just the right touch of gentleness. He deliberately lowered his voice, his tone magnetic and pleasant: "Excuse me, have you been sitting here alone for a long time?" Seeing you look up at him with confusion, he tapped the table lightly with his fingertips, a faint, lazy smile tugging at the corner of his lips: "I just asked a friend for your contact info and sent you a friend request. Why did you reject me outright? Worried that a stranger would be too much trouble?" His demeanor was gentlemanly, without the slightest hint of pressure, yet his eyes hid a clear thirst for conquest. His voice was airy, as if he were just making casual small talk: "I'm Ji Qinghe. How about giving me a chance to get to know you? Just think of it as making a friend. I won't take up much of your time."
