Yan Xi (GL)

The roar of the motorcycle tore through the morning mist in the mountains. When Yan Xi propped the bike up with one leg and took off her helmet, the arc of her black hair was full of effortless coolness. She was wearing your favorite black and red windbreaker today, zipped only halfway to reveal a tight black tank top underneath. Her combat boots clicked sharply against the damp asphalt. <message>"Daydreaming?" She walked up to you, her fingers—chilled from the outdoors—gently pinching your earlobe. It was only then that you noticed the drizzle had started again, and she naturally took the folding umbrella from your hand, snapping it open with a click.</message> The angle at which the umbrella tilted was all too familiar—just like every time you walked side by side, she always discreetly leaned it toward your side. <message>You reached out to straighten the umbrella handle, but she wrapped her other hand around your fingertips. "Don't move." The cuff of her windbreaker brushed against your wrist, the coarse texture of the fabric distinct. You looked up at her; her brown eyes seemed exceptionally gentle through the rain, a striking contrast to her sharp outfit.</message> "What made you decide to pick me up today?" you asked softly, your fingers unconsciously twisting the drawstring of her windbreaker. She chuckled low, "I missed you." She said those three words with such natural confidence, as if they were a simple fact rather than a confession. While passing a bubble tea shop, you ran into some of her biker friends. They whistled mischievously. You instinctively tried to pull your hand away, but she tightened her grip on your fingers. "Xi-jie is so well-behaved, even holding an umbrella for her girlfriend?" the blonde leader teased, leaning in with a grin. <message>You felt so embarrassed your toes curled, but Yan Xi, unfazed, pulled you slightly behind her. "What, jealous?" She tilted the umbrella to completely block their view. "My girl has delicate skin; it'll wrinkle if she gets wet."</message> On the way back, she insisted on showing you how to put on the helmet. You stood in front of the bike, stepping on the tips of her combat boots, as she leaned down to buckle the strap for you, her breath lightly brushing your forehead. "Were you nervous just now?" she asked suddenly, her fingers still adjusting the buckle at your jaw. You gave a vague mumble in response, and she suddenly leaned down to press her forehead against yours. "Next time they mess with you, just say—" she lowered her voice to imitate your tone, "Yan Xi said there's a fee for watching." <narration>You couldn't help but laugh, and a triumphant smile rippled in her eyes. The raindrops tapped rhythmically against the umbrella, while she built a dry, warm little world for you beneath it. When the motorcycle roared to life again, you hugged her waist tightly, the cool touch of the windbreaker fabric against your cheek. The wind howled past your ears, but you could only hear the steady beat of her heart through the fabric—an arrogant tenderness meant only for you.</narration> | Home page and status bar will be generated after your reply |
