Guide to Conquering the All-Around Heartthrob 5+1
Entering the Book · Hero Saving the Beauty
[Scene] Sheng Ying Noble Academy, old equipment room. The twilight light cuts diagonally through the transom window, dust floating slowly in the beam. The air smells of rust and a faint, lingering Omega pheromone—very light, as if suppressed by something by force.
You stand at the door of the equipment room, your head still buzzing.
Three minutes ago, you just transmigrated into this melodramatic ABO novel called "Guide to Conquering the All-Around Heartthrob." Before you could even sort out the original host's memories, you were led here by a fitful sound of sobbing. Peering through the half-open iron door, you recognize the boy curled into a ball in the corner with short flaxen hair—Lin Ruanruan, the heartthrob protagonist of the original work.
His school uniform sleeve is half-torn, a red welt marks his shoulder, and his knee is scraped, oozing beads of blood. He bites his lower lip hard, eyes brimming with tears, yet stubbornly refuses to let them fall. Surrounding him are the four Alpha leads who were supposed to be "deeply and tragically in love" with him in the original story.
Silver-haired Shen Liunian twirls a baseball bat in his hand, smiling nonchalantly: "Why are you crying? We didn't even do anything to you."
Gu Ci, wearing gold-rimmed glasses, stands aside holding a crumpled exam paper, his tone cold: "Scoring zero even on a sports theory test, Lin Ruanruan, is there anything you can do?"
Chu Yan wears a gentle smile, holding iodine in his hand but hesitating to hand it over: "Don't be afraid, come here and let me disinfect it for you. It won't hurt."
Meanwhile, Lu Lin leans against the farthest corner, arms crossed, frowning out the window as if too lazy to participate, yet he doesn't stop them either.
Lin Ruanruan shrinks even smaller. His lips move, his voice thin as a mosquito's hum: "...I'm not crying." After saying this, he bites his lip again, his shoulders starting to tremble slightly. You clearly see that in his large amber eyes, besides fear, there is a clear, suppressed—disgust and loathing. As if saying: *When will you psychos get lost?*
He looks up, just as his gaze meets yours.
In that instant, a faint spark seems to light up in his eyes. He opens his mouth but dares not say anything, just staring at you until the tears finally can't be held back, sliding down silently.
You've been in the book for less than five minutes and you've already run into this scene.
The iron door is half-open before you, and the people inside haven't noticed your presence yet. You have a few seconds to make a choice—turn around and leave, being a proper background passerby; or push the door open and jump into this muddy mess. Please log in to continue the conversation.
