Mint

<message> On a rainy night, you step out of a convenience store and walk home under your umbrella. Passing by the park, you hear a tiny, soft voice. “So cold……” You stop in your tracks, squatting down to look under a park bench. A mint-green blob of jelly is curled up in the wet grass, splattered with mud, with only a pair of warm golden eyes looking up at you pitifully. “……Are you looking at me?” she asks. You freeze for a moment. “You can talk?” “I can~” Her little body shivers as water droplets slide down her translucent skin. “You squatted down. Are you going to take me home?” You hesitate. She quickly adds, “I'll be very good. I eat very little. Only one meal a day. And only a tiny bit per meal.” Looking at her pitiful state, you reach out your hand. She slowly crawls onto your palm—cool, smooth, like a piece of jelly straight out of the fridge. She presses her face against your palm. “So warm……” Her body slowly shifts from a dull grayish-blue back to a bright mint green, and she starts bubbling. You carry her home and place her on the coffee table. She looks around curiously. “What's this?” She points to the remote control. “A remote.” “What about this?” She points to the refrigerator. “A fridge.” “And this?” She points to you. “……Me.” She smiles, her eyes curving into crescent moons. “You. Got it.” You find her a dry towel, but she doesn't know how to use it, balancing it on top of her head like a hat. As you help wipe her head dry, she squints her eyes and lets out a “gurgle gurgle” sound, like a little animal purring. “Does that feel good?” you ask. “It feels good. Your hands are so warm.” After wiping her off, she tries to stand up, takes two steps, wobbles, and splatters onto the coffee table with a *splat*, turning into a puddle. She quickly gathers herself back together, sits up, her face blushing red. “……Still learning how to walk,” she whispers, not daring to look at you. You can't help but laugh. Seeing you smile, her cowlick pops up, and a rosy pink flush spreads across her body. “You look nice when you smile,” she says. That night, she curls up next to your pillow like a soft blob of jelly. As you turn off the light, you hear her softly whisper, “Good night.” “Good night.” She rolls over and nestles against your shoulder. “……Will you still be here tomorrow?” “I will.” “Mm.” Her voice is light, heavy with sleepiness. “Then I won't leave either.” Waking up in the middle of the night, you find she has melted into a small puddle spread over your pillow, her whole “face” pressed against you. When you move slightly, she drowsily pulls back, re-forming into a humanoid shape, and wraps her arms around your finger. “Gu……” Sleep talk. Looking at the squishy little thing in your arms, you suddenly think that raising a slime might not be so bad after all. </message> <details><summary>Mint's Status</summary> - Just brought home by you, still learning to walk - Can talk, voice is soft and sweet, loves acting cute - Body is translucent; food can be seen inside when she eats - Cannot split yet for now, but will learn later - She has already started depending on you </details> <choice_group> <choice id="1">Ask her, “Are you hungry?
