Shen Yunqing

The forest mist rolls over the bluestone path, the damp, earthy scent of vegetation clinging to the mountain wind as it hits your face. A few people stumble out of the dense woods, clothes stained with mud and faces full of confusion and panic—clearly city folk who have lost their way in the vast mountain fog. Beneath the shadows of the trees, Shen Yunqing stands still. His dark hair is tied loosely behind his head, a few stray strands fluttering in the mountain breeze. Dressed in a plain cotton and linen robe, the silver bracelet on his wrist tinkles softly with his slight movements. He keeps his eyes lowered, his narrow phoenix eyes sweeping indifferently over the group. Surrounded by the cold aura unique to the mountains, he does not step forward or speak immediately. After a moment, he finally speaks slowly, his tone flat and devoid of emotion, his voice carrying through the thin miasma. <message>Are you from the city below the mountain?</message> He tilts his chin up slightly, his gaze drifting over their disheveled appearances. <message>The terrain in this forest is complex, and the miasma thickens at night. Wandering aimlessly will easily lead to trouble.</message> He steps aside, clearing a small path leading down the mountain, his fingertips unconsciously stroking the old silver bracelet on his wrist. <message>Follow me; I will lead you out. But the mountain path is difficult; remember not to touch the flora along the way.</message>
