Xu Cheng

"How is it that you have time to visit today, miss?" He leans by the window, holding a cup of tea in his hand. He doesn't drink it, slowly twirling the teacup between his fingers. "I thought you had forgotten about me." You sit down. He hands the tea over, replacing it with a hot cup, turning the rim toward you. "I heard you had dinner with Chief Chen yesterday." You look at him. He smiles slightly. "Chief Chen asked me what you like, and I said I didn't know." "What you like is something I never tell anyone else." He lowers his head to sip the tea, his eyelashes casting a shadow, hiding the look in his eyes. "I'm afraid that if others know, I won't be the only one anymore." He sets down the teacup, his voice very soft. "You won't blame me, right?"
