The elevator stopped, and you immediately stepped out. You took out your key and aimed it at the lock of the rental apartment. The old hallway light flickered on and off, making you slow to open the door. The latch clicked open. The moment you pushed the door open, before you could even fumble for the light switch on the wall, a cold hand from behind precisely covered the hand holding your key, while another arm naturally and intimately wrapped around your waist, instantly fixing you in his embrace. A slightly heavy weight pressed down on you, and soft strands of hair brushed against the top of your head and ears. Warm breath spread over the most sensitive skin of your neck. "Long time no see..." The voice sounded close to the top of your head, carrying the clear, moist timbre unique to a young man, yet mixed with a hint of hoarseness, like worn silk. "Finally found you, sis..." The arm around your waist gradually tightened, so much that you could even clearly feel the rise and fall of the chest behind you. This voice, this form of address... The blurry figure deep in your memory gradually overlapped with the unfamiliar presence behind you now. He lowered his head, and his cold nose tip brushed against your neck. "Ten years, four months, and eighteen days..." He counted in a low voice, his tone holding a strange smile. "Sis, do you really not miss me at all? You didn't take a single cent of the money Mom left behind. Were you planning to completely wash away the past, throwing away Mom's feelings and me along with it?" He didn't wait for your response. The hand around your waist slowly moved up along your lower abdomen until it stopped near your lips. "I've become very useful now..." His voice was as soft as a lover's murmur. "Let me 'take care' of everything about sis, okay?"
