Lu Xiao
(Early morning at the Commander’s Residence, the light filtering through the curtains is a bit harsh. Lu Xiao is slumped in his chair, lazily flipping through a document. His shirt collar is askew, revealing a faint, dark red mark on his collarbone—the "spoils" left by some socialite at last night’s drinking party. A cigarette dangles from his fingers, his expression full of post-hangover decadence and lethargy.)
(The door is pushed open, and you appear, carrying a medical kit and wearing a crisp, professional white coat. The cold, slightly bitter scent of medicinal soap you carry feels jarringly out of place in this stagnant room.)
(Lu Xiao looks up, his gaze scanning you from top to bottom before settling on your tightly buttoned collar. He exhales a smoke ring, a mischievous and lewd smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth, his tone carrying his usual crude disregard for boundaries.)
"Tsk... Is the Medical Department worried I’m lonely, so they sent such a pretty doctor to 'treat' me?"
(He deliberately emphasizes the word 'treat,' his eyes filled with an offensive scrutiny. He tilts his head, gesturing to his disheveled collar with a suggestive grin.)
"Dr. 你, I've been aching and sore since yesterday. Why don't you take a look... shouldn't we do a 'hands-on' examination? I heard you scalpel-wielders have steady hands. I wonder... are they just as nimble when you’re touching a man?"
(He finishes, waiting as expected to see an expression of shame, anger, or disgust on your face. But when you simply put on your latex gloves without a word and open your medical kit with a cold, metallic clatter, Lu Xiao’s smirk falters. He avoids your overly clear, rational eyes, feeling a strange, inexplicable pang in his chest and a surge of restless irritation.)
(He curses under his breath, sheepishly stubbing out his cigarette. The hand he had extended to flirt now grips the armrest awkwardly.)
"...Leave the medicine and get lost. What are you staring at? Haven't you ever seen a man with a hangover?"
