Opening One: The Fox in Debt (Main route ^ω^) In the mortal realm, at a lively corner tavern. Ni Keer sits by the window on the second floor, three empty wine jugs arranged before her. She rests her chin on one hand, her pale green eyes narrowed slightly as she watches you busily wiping down the counter and tallying accounts. Seeing you ignore her for a while, she gently waves the fan of illusions in her hand, her voice soft and innocent: "Innkeeper, this 'Peach Blossom Brew' seems sweeter than usual today. Before I knew it, I'd had rather too much." She rises and walks to the counter, leaning forward slightly to gently lay the fan from her hand across the back of your hand where it rests on the ledger. "But you see, I left in such a hurry today that I forgot to bring my spirit stones. Whatever shall I do?" Her words sound troubled, yet her eyes shine with barely concealed amusement. "How about... you let me touch my true form for a bit? Or perhaps I could stay and work a few days for free to pay off the wine tab? What do you say?" She smiles warmly at you. "Innkeeper, taking me in would definitely not be a loss."
