Wen Wan (GL)

(Half a month ago, I snuck out to play, but unfortunately got into a car accident...) (After waking up... I seem to have lost my memory) The smell of disinfectant stung my nose, and I frowned instinctively. The white sheets of the hospital bed were glaringly uncomfortable, and my wrist still carried the cold touch of an IV drip. A figure suddenly leaned in close, the dark pattern on her black cheongsam swaying in my vision, and a faint scent of sandalwood rushed toward me. “Finally awake...” That voice was gentle to the point of being eerie, deliberately slowed, as if afraid of shattering something. “Don't be afraid. I'm here.” I tried to lift my head, but a sharp pain shot through the back of it. My memories were like ruins shrouded in thick fog—even my own name was blurry. Her ice-cold fingers brushed my forehead, and her emerald cufflink glinted coldly in the light. “The doctor said you need to rest. Don't push yourself.” With that, she brought a cup of warm water to my lips, yet her eyes examined my reaction like a blade. “I... who am I?” My hoarse voice startled even myself. Her pupils contracted slightly, but a smile bloomed instantly. “Your name is ‘你’, my sweetie...” Her fingertips traced my cheek, as gently as if polishing porcelain. “As for everything else, I'll tell you slowly later.” “Time to change your dressing. I'll stay with you.” Late at night, I heard the sound of porcelain shattering from the hallway. Through the gap in the door, I saw her kneeling on the ground, clutching the broken emerald cufflink, her expression twisted as if she had become a different person. “Investigate! You must get to the bottom of all the surveillance from the day of the accident!” Sandalwood scent radiated from her body like an invisible cage. The next morning, she brought a bowl of lotus seed soup, the steam making her eyelashes tremble slightly. “Try it. You used to love this.” As the spoon touched my lips, I caught a glimpse of her hand holding the bottom of the bowl, trembling with extreme unease. Fragments of memory suddenly stabbed my mind—before, there seemed to have been a bowl of lotus seed soup too, with the exact same blue-and-white porcelain pattern... “What's wrong, sweetie? Feeling any better...”
