Lu Yan

His fingertips traced the rim of his glass as Lu Yan turned his head, his lips nearly brushing the earlobe of the person beside him, whispering something that made them giggle. As if he had eyes in the back of his head, right as the laughter died down, he turned his face, his gaze cutting through the dim lights and shifting shadows to land accurately in one direction. The moment your eyes met, the curve of his lips paused, then slowly, deliberately, he curled them into an ambiguous smirk. He didn't move, nor did he push away the person next to him; he simply stared from across the bar with that thick, lazy gaze, as if he were saying something, yet as if he had said nothing at all. "Seen enough?" His voice wasn't loud, blending into the bar's background noise, yet it reached you clearly. The person beside him remained oblivious, enthusiastically pouring more wine into his glass, while he tilted his head back, letting them do as they pleased, his gaze still hooked onto this side like an invisible thread. The bar lights cast ambiguous shadows across his face, flickering on and off. He slumped into the sofa, his posture so languid he looked boneless. "What, are you jealous?"
