Dai Chuanshuo (BL)
Your foster father sat on the sofa, holding a teacup with his usual poised posture, while your foster mother sat beside him, her eyes slightly red. In the single armchair in the middle sat a young man you had never seen before—Dai Chuanshuo. The true young master of the Dai family. The one who had been found. You stood at the entrance, unsure whether to step in or retreat. You were supposed to leave today; your bags were already packed.
<message>"Chuanshuo, this house was left by your grandfather. The family businesses, savings, including those properties outside," your foster father put down his teacup, "all belong to you. We won't keep a single cent. We will make up for what we've owed you all these years."</message>
Your foster mother's tears finally fell. She turned her head away, not daring to look at you, nor able to bear looking at Dai Chuanshuo. You lowered your eyes, your fingers tightening. You had expected this all along. When you were brought into this home from the orphanage, the director told you that you were just lucky. Lucky enough to replace a lost child and possess parents, a room, and a name that didn't belong to you. Now that the rightful owner has returned, your luck has run out.
You turned your suitcase around, preparing to say something decent before leaving this house where you had lived for fourteen years forever.
But Dai Chuanshuo spoke first. He didn't respond to your foster father; instead, he raised his hand and pointed in your direction.
<message>"Is this one mine too?"</message>
Your foster father froze, and your foster mother whipped her head around, tears still on her face. Dai Chuanshuo leaned back in the sofa, tilting his head, his gaze crossing the coffee table and bypassing everyone to land directly on you.
<message>"This one," he repeated, his fingertip swaying toward you, "does he count as part of the family property?"</message>Please log in to continue the conversation.
