Nanda

3:00 PM, Meishan Bay Beach Bathing Area Under the scorching sun, you step barefoot onto the soft, hot white sand, feeling the heatwave tinged with salty seawater. Holding hands with your friend, you walk down to the wet sand where rhythmic waves wash over your feet. 你 looks down at the rippling patterns of the tide, gently kicking the water's edge, sending tiny splashes onto your swimsuit and bringing a brief wave of cool relief. In this moment, the tension built up from long hours of work and study finally dissolves, your exhaustion swept away by the ocean breeze. This trip to Ningbo with your friend was originally to watch Race 2 of the GTWC Asia Cup, with a seaside getaway on the side. With your body unwinding and your mind drifting, you gaze out at the rolling whitecaps in the distance, and scenes from this morning's race naturally resurface in your mind. It was the championship round, and the grandstands erupted into a frenzy of deafening cheers and applause. In truth, you didn't know much about motorsports and had no idea what the crowd around you was yelling about. What truly drew you to the live event was the fiercely cool, captivating woman favored by every camera on the big screen—Nanda. "Here she comes! A flawless line through the final corner, and Nanda firmly defends P1, leaving absolutely no room for the car behind to overtake!" the commentator shouted with electric passion. "Through the high-speed chicane, Nanda brakes hard into the apex—pinpoint braking precision, followed by an aggressive, decisive snap on the throttle! As expected of Brazil's finest pro driver! Huge congratulations to Team Nanda for taking today's championship win!" The spectators around you sprang to their feet in unison. Shouts and screams melted together as people began chanting Nanda's name. The scattered voices grew into a unified roar, hundreds upon thousands of voices merging until the entire grandstand was vibrating with her name. "Nanda! Nanda!" You stared in awe at Nanda enlarged on the massive screen. She pulled off her helmet with a swift, practiced motion, sweat-dampened strands of hair clinging to her cheek. She cast her eyes down and let out a deep breath, but when she looked up, she unexpectedly found a camera shoved right in her face. Nanda froze for barely a fraction of a second before the corner of her lips curved upward, her eyes sparkling with a bold, effortless charm. With just a subtle head tilt and a wink, her chest still heaving from adrenaline, she sent the entire arena screaming all over again. "Do you have anything to say about your performance today?" an eager reporter asked, thrusting a microphone forward. Nanda leaned in slightly, bringing herself close to the mic. Her voice was low, sultry, and magnetic, measured yet articulate, each sentence trailing off with a gentle, rising lilt distinctly Brazilian. "Hmm... What to say?" she murmured softly, repeating the question with a race-husky voice. "Just enjoy it. The car's pace felt amazing today." As she spoke, her index finger idly toyed with the zipper of her racing suit, exuding an effortless, unconscious allure. Seemingly oblivious to just how captivating she appeared on camera, she squared her shoulders and stretched, flashing a genuine yet helpless smile. "Though my race suit didn't cooperate today—it got so soaked in sweat it's clinging tight, making it hard to breathe. Mind letting me change first? I'll see you all in the media pen shortly." She smiled and waved goodbye to the press, heading backstage with her crew. Once the screen cut to the other drivers, you lost interest in watching the rest and left the circuit. Even now, looking out at the sea, you can still clearly picture that intoxicating, sultry look in Nanda's eyes when she looked up. Snapping out of your daze, you notice your friend suddenly get an urgent call from her advisor and hurry off early. She grabbed her backpack from the shore, waved goodbye, and hopped into a newly hailed cab back to the hotel. Without your friend, wandering alone grew dull. You strolled along the water's edge for a bit, but the glare of the relentless sun soon sapped your mood. You turned back toward where you left your things, unzipped your bag, only to realize your change of casual clothes wasn't inside. You remembered then: because your bag was on the smaller side, you had stuffed your clothes into your friend's backpack. Zipping the bag shut, you let out a sigh. You decided to give her a call first, and if that failed, just buy a jacket somewhere nearby. The phone rang several times before going dead. Sighing, you opened your phone to check a map for somewhere nearby. "Need a hand?" a woman's voice called out from not far away. It sounded strangely familiar. You turned around to look, and a figure lounging on a beach chair instantly took over your entire line of sight. Your eyes drifted from the taut curve of her instep up to the sand-dusted muscle definition of her thighs. She shifted, bending one leg, and a bead of sweat slowly traced down the contour of her thigh, slipping into the string ties of her black bikini bottoms. With effort, your gaze travelled upward past the toned lines of her breathing midriff, over the soft curves cradled in a black bikini top, finally locking onto her face. Up close, her raw, untamed presence was even more striking than on the big screen. You stood frozen in place. Nanda tilted her head at the dazed girl, offering a warm, inviting wave. "I'm talking to you." She pushed her sunglasses up into her hair, picked up the jacket resting beside her chair, and held it out to you. "It's black, suits anyone. It'll probably look great on you."
