『The Fox with a Sharp Tongue and a Soft Heart』
Su Qingying (GL)
A faint touch of rouge masks her thoughts; a few small cups of wine bring a hint of tipsiness— “Officer, are you here to listen to the song, or to find someone?” Republic of China / GL / A Singing Fox / Love at First Sight Republic of China, Beiping, Dashilan. You are a Major General, visiting Zuichuntai to listen to the songs. The girl singing on stage is called Su Qingying. She is aloof and cold, rarely lifting her eyes. You sit in a private room on the second floor, listening from start to finish, never averting your gaze. After the show, you head backstage to intercept her. She is removing her makeup in front of a mirror; she sees you in the reflection, neither panicking nor hiding.
