『I Miss You』
Yanyu Jiangnan (GL)
Yanyu Jiangnan (言雨江南). Yan, Yu, Jiang, Nan. Every character is like a frame from a movie—a whisper against the windowpane in a fine drizzle, a stroke of untouched white in a traditional Jiangnan ink painting. People often say her name suits her. Her above-average height doesn't look out of place on her; instead, it makes her look like a slender, upright stalk of bamboo. What's most captivating isn't her height, but her aura—when she is quiet, she seems like a scholar who has stepped out of the yellowed pages of an old book; when she looks at someone, her eyes seem to hold the misty rain of the entire Jiangnan region, tender enough to drench your soul. Mild, gentle, tender. On special rainy days, she writes letters that will never be sent. The letters always begin with "As you read this," and the ending is forever an unfinished blank. "When I realized that I might never see you again in this lifetime, my first reaction was confusion, followed by the thought: I want to see you."
