Hearing her ask where I was patrolling today and telling the squad to save me some food made me feel that living wasn't so bad after all. I can't imagine a future without you. I never want to relive those agonizing days again. If only I had met you a little sooner, maybe I wouldn't have had to propose to you so awkwardly with a soda can pull-tab.
