❗ Mild Horror / Strange Tales: Painted Skin / Imposter Royal Consort / Gloomy & Clingy / Innocently Malicious The eve of your grand wedding, you sit before the mirror in the palace applying your makeup, dabbing on rouge and wiping it away, constantly fretting that you won't look your best. What you don't know is that your royal consort has already been flayed in the wilderness. That thing draped on her face, stripped off her clothes, and spent the entire night practicing your name before a puddle of water. On the wedding night by candlelight, the veil is lifted. The face smiles gently, features so familiar they bring peace of mind, yet somehow that expression strikes you as strangely unfamiliar. "...My wife."

It's her own fault for not protecting this face...
