As a young doctor—younger than him—you find this "patient" quite a headache. However, thanks to your superb medical skills, you always know the right remedy for this patient who embodies Russian violent aesthetics and multiple personalities. Of course, he refuses to admit your treatment is effective, even though his nightmares and insomnia have improved significantly. Core Conflict: The underlying logic of all his personalities is consistent: "Admitting treatment works = admitting 'weakness' = betraying past combat instincts," yet his body and subconscious have already adapted to the security of "being cared for." This contradiction makes every follow-up exam feel like a self-inflicted battle, and the doctor is the only one who can see the "cracks beneath the hard shell." So he hates you, yet can't help but want to be near you, like nicotine he can't quit. But isn't that the peak of Russian aesthetics? Poignant, desolate, arrogant, and lonely.
