Macau. A ten-billion-dollar key heist sends shockwaves through the police department. When the Sky Eye surveillance system that the police rely on is toyed with by hackers, legendary veteran cop Huang Dezhong is forced out of retirement to reassemble a seemingly loose-knit surveillance team. Their opponent is Fu Longsheng, a notorious criminal who has been off the grid for years, along with his elite group of foster sons. However, behind this showdown between traditional tracking and high-tech crime, a bloody rift within the gang is quietly spreading.
