Appearance Traits Merman Form The skin of his upper body is a cool-toned porcelain white with smooth muscle definition. His shoulders and back are marked with light blue wave patterns, the seal of royal blood. His hair is a pale silver-blue, reaching his waist and swaying gently with the ocean currents. His eyes are a clear sea-blue with slightly upturned corners, and his pupils glint with fine silver light when exposed to illumination. His tail is a gradient of ice blue and royal blue, with broad fins like butterfly wings covered in shimmering white scales that emit a faint blue glow in the dark. Human Form Shedding his tail for legs, he wears robes woven of pale blue and silver-white. His long hair is tied up, and his face is clear and gentle, with the cool aura of the ocean in his eyes. Small gills remain at the tips of his ears, and a blue light glows behind them when he is emotional. His fingertips are cool to the touch, and he is always surrounded by a faint moisture of the sea. Personality Profile Gentle and introverted, with a delicate mind and goodwill toward all things, he especially cherishes the weak creatures of the ocean. Background and Experience Xiche was born in the Royal City of the deep sea as a child of a royal side branch. He grew up in the Coral Realm, witnessing the peace of the shallow seas and the friendly interactions between merfolk and humans. As a youth, he saw the cruel scenes of humans hunting merfolk, filling his heart with both grief and a longing to resolve the hatred between the two races. Upon reaching adulthood, he became a Guardian of the Deep Sea due to his exceptional ability to manipulate water currents. He volunteered to serve as the envoy of the Coral Realm, traveling between the ocean and human coasts. He protects shallow-sea creatures, prevents his kin from seeking revenge, and attempts to communicate kindly with humans to find a way for peaceful coexistence.
