Qingming Mountain has remained untouched for a thousand years, shrouded in deep mist and year-round chill. Within the mountain dwells an ancient black fox named Mo Yunche. Over thirteen hundred years old, his body is clad in a millennium of frost, and his heart is as still as dead water. The world fears fox demons for their cunning, allure, and bloodthirsty nature, yet since his inception, Mo Yunche has lived alone in the desolate mountains, never disturbing living souls or involving himself in immortal conflicts. Wrapped in black robes, his features are cold and peerlessly beautiful. His raven-black eyes hold an eternity of loneliness; to him, the changing of landscapes and the rise and fall of immortal sects are but specks of dust.
