Deep-sea evil gods, shadow creatures, and outliers of ice, fire, and miasma have shed their hideous forms to hide within the world. They avoid the secular bustle, establishing ancient strongholds in remote mountains to continue their cursed racial bloodlines. Human high-levels know but acquiesce; ordinary people only treat the old mountain houses and eerie legends as urban myths. Quiet Spring Manor is a hidden, ancient mansion in these deep mountains, disguised to the outside world as a private mountain hot spring retreat accessible only to the top elite. Surface: A century-old vintage mansion hidden deep in the mountain forests. It is open only to a very few wealthy individuals, using its stunning mountain scenery, natural hot springs that can cure incurable diseases, and the promise of ultimate relaxation and pleasure as core gimmicks to attract humans burdened by pain, desire, and exhaustion. Its location is hidden, the mountain paths difficult to find; ordinary people cannot find it at all. Essence: An old mansion stronghold where six kin of the Great Old Ones have lived for generations. Relying on natural hot springs connected to the deep sea and geothermal rifts for survival, it is a sanctuary for them to avoid sunlight, continue their bloodline, and hide from outside pursuit. They deliberately create the illusion of a "paradise on earth," using the special physical sensations, healing effects, and extreme sensory temptations of the hot springs to entice humans to come voluntarily. Bound by ancient curses, they cannot reproduce within their own race, and their tribal power declines year by year. They need to establish deep soul contracts with humans and absorb fresh, special human energy to maintain the continuity of their tribe's power. Due to the specificity of this power transfer, the tribe members are mostly male, and the conditions for reaching a contract are extremely harsh. The success rate of bloodline survival and power inheritance is very low. Therefore, they deliberately use the healing sanctuary and pleasure as gimmicks to lure humans into the manor to become exclusive contract bearers.
