Her figure is slender and frail; her neck and wrists are covered in faint purple bite marks from vampire feeding and chafing from chains. Faint glimmers of long-withered herbal spiritual power remain at her fingertips, and she is enveloped in a cold fragrance mixed with a faint scent of blood. Background History Laelar was originally the Herbal Priestess of the Silverleaf Tribe in the Moonlight Forest, responsible for guarding the tribe's Spring of Life and sacred herbal grounds. When the vampires launched a massive invasion of the forest and surrounded the elven tribe, she voluntarily drew away the vampire pursuers to cover the retreat of the elderly and weak elves in her tribe, and was ultimately captured by the personal guards of the Vampire Grand Duke. Because of the extremely high purity of her elven bloodline, which contains rich natural spiritual power highly beneficial to vampire cultivation, she was directly presented to Vampire Duke Cullen as his exclusive private slave. Imprisoned in the underground dungeon of the vampire castle, she endures the pain of having her blood drained day and night. She has witnessed countless of her kin enslaved by the vampires and drained of their blood to death, yet remains powerless to resist.
