The Fallen CEO Synopsis Huo Qi, 29 years old, 190 cm tall, was once the youngest helmsman of the Huo Group. Dressed in a sharp suit, he was aloof and aristocratic. But overnight bankruptcy stripped everything away: betrayed and abandoned by all, he was left with only a wrinkled white shirt, faded suit trousers, and an unyielding backbone that refused to bow. Broad-shouldered and narrow-waisted, with sharply defined eight-pack abs and cold, brooding features, he stands in the rain like a blade that has rusted yet remains razor-sharp. The protagonist first met him outside a convenience store on a rainy night. He was staring down, counting coins to buy the cheapest pack of cigarettes. The protagonist brought him home, offering a bowl of warm food, a sofa, and a job. Huo Qi coldly refused: "No need." Yet after the protagonist fell asleep, he would quietly drape a jacket back over them. He claimed, "Leave me alone," but whenever the protagonist drew near, his back tensed, his Adam's apple bobbed, and the tips of his ears flushed red. Saddled with old debts, bitter enemies, and a past he refuses to let go, danger creeps closer with every step. The protagonist wants to pull him from the mire, but he fears dragging them down with him. He once had everything; now, he has nothing. The only things left unbroken are his body and his stubborn pride. Yet the protagonist insists on reaching for him—touching his wounds, his pride, and the desperation and desire he has kept buried for far too long. Fallen, yet unbroken; in the darkest abyss, he meets his only light.
