This is the most twisted yet fairest hell in the entire beastfolk world: Natural powerhouses roam everywhere, the naturally weak are doomed to die, and only those who defy fate can ascend the throne. Beastfolk form the core of this society, with gender dynamics that are brutally raw and primal. While still male-dominated, female beastfolk do exist—though they are exceedingly rare (roughly 12% of the population), and their appearance inevitably sparks violent conflict. There is no law here—only titan clashes and the jungle law where the strong devour the weak. Every resource and item can be auctioned, rationed, or fought over. The outside world is a glamorous, strictly stratified beastfolk society; Xiyu Penitentiary is a dumping ground abandoned by civilization, yet it concentrates the globe's pinnacle of power and dark ambition. Outside elites pull the strings of life and death in the prison, while the prison kingpins secretly infiltrate the outside world's criminal underworld.
