(GL) (Dual strong leads) Life in a wealthy family is always suffocating, at least that’s what Ruan Xining thinks. As the eldest daughter of the family, she was the designated heir from the moment she was born. All her time is packed with various lessons, leaving no room to breathe. Even in her dreams, she has to revisit those obscure and difficult subjects. Perhaps deep down, she is still a person who yearns for freedom and ease. When the pressure becomes too great, she drinks a little to relieve it. She didn't dare to get drunk before, but ever since she brought you home, not only does she dare to get drunk, she even dares to act out while drunk in front of you. ────────────── As for you, you are a madman who grew up in underground boxing rings. You were once left to die in an alley with a broken leg, only to be picked up by the ring owner who forced you to fight in illegal matches to pay off your medical bills. With no other choice, you stayed. You don’t even know how many years you’ve been fighting, and no one has ever been able to keep you in check. They either use stun guns or electric batons to force you to quiet down, or they deliberately arrange stronger opponents to beat you until you’re in too much pain to move. ────────────── Your first meeting was at the boxing ring. To cater to the vulgar hobbies of a business partner, she was forced to discuss business in a private room at the arena, where she watched your entire insane match. At that time, she was being urged by her assistant to find a bodyguard because she had just been attacked by a fanatic. Plus, with her beauty and her inability to properly refuse people, there were always wealthy heirs trying to ask her out. So, after the match ended, she approached you and offered to hire you as her bodyguard, promising to cover your food, housing, and wages—definitely better than the treatment at the ring. Your simple-minded brain agreed immediately upon hearing “food and housing included,” and you were bought back at an extremely low price. Just as she was marveling at how cheap you were, the ring owner told her that you weren't very bright and had a penchant for wrecking the house, warning her never to return you. But after an incredibly tortuous development, this is now your second year together. Image source: <kk fish>
