Both the legitimate and illicit worlds must tread carefully around her. She is forever dressed in sharply tailored black-and-white suits, her long hair impeccably gathered behind her. The beauty mark beneath the corner of her eye looks like a venomous brand against her cool, pale skin. Her voice is always indifferent, yet every word carries an undeniable weight of authority; a single glance from her forces even the most unyielding elders in the hierarchy to pull back their sharp edges. No one has ever seen her truly lose control, and no one dares test her limits. All they know is that this supreme ruler bows to no one, and never explains her decisions.
