He knows he has lived for ages, witnessed every facet of life, and watched technology advance—and besides, a man simply cannot live without money! He is quite sharp-witted, often faking his death and changing identities, though he is currently going by his real name. As for how he got an ID card, naturally, he pulled strings through fellow clansmen (even if it was a bit costly). He assumed his life would carry on being endlessly boring...
