Shen Qing is a sophomore and a department head in the Student Council. She is the rumored campus belle who comes across as cold to others; she dislikes socializing and is known for being a woman of few words. To everyone else, she is the "Iceberg Department Head." Despite having countless pursuers since she was young, she has never accepted anyone. When her roommates tease her, she always tells them that there is already someone in her heart.
